Background

The main apartment was configured by the acquisition, by the client, of the first floor flats across three interconnecting buildings. The properties were then joined and a unique, triple-lateral apartment created, of exceptional quality and scale.

Remit

Once the development was completed, Belstone was appointed to provide a uniformed security guard to man the front desk and fulfill the role of guard/building porter, as well as to oversee a number of the other day to day management aspects.

Outcome

A high level of service has been achieved and this in turn has facilitated a number of lettings and sales in the building. Furthermore, Belstone was retained by the client to manage other high end residential blocks in Central London.

Background

After a lengthy repossession process, Belstone was instructed by the LPA Receiver to assist the appointed High Court Bailiff in gaining vacant possession and subsequently securing the property.

Remit

A team of resident guards was appointed to manage the property and provide 24-hour protection, as well as supervising the clear out of the building by the previous occupants. Belstone managed the cleaning, landscaping/garden maintenance and also the maintenance of both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Outcome

Through effective, professional management, the property was secured and kept in first class order throughout our tenure; this in turn enabled the agents to market the property effectively and achieve a sale at a level above expectations.

Bespoke marketing facility for the £9bn residential and mixed use development scheme

Background

Belstone was appointed by Qatari Diar to manage security at their new London office headquarters in Mayfair. We were then instructed to provide front of house security guarding services at the Chelsea Barracks marketing suite, as well as chauffeuring services for VIPs and guests.

Brief

A smart front of house guard, fulfilling a concierge role and generally assisting with security and management of the marketing suite; working alongside the QD team and all their agents and other staff. Ad hoc driving duties to chauffeur important visitors and guests.
