It’s been an exciting start to 2022!
We are pleased to report three important new instructions, including a new industrial development for Schroders, two new hotel projects for Whitbread / Premier Inn, in conjunction with Cumming Group and a vacant office building in the city of London for a private charitable trust. Demanding a range of services and expertise, these very different instructions demonstrate the level of diversity we have built over the years, employing a variety of security solutions, from conventional 24-hr manned guarding to the installation of an efficient network of temporary video-verified intruder alarms with CCTV, monitored remotely 24-hrs with regular site inspections in addition.
Prospects for the year ahead look promising; developers are active, the investment market seems to have good liquidity and the insolvency sector also looks as though it is warming up and likely to get much busier from Q2 onwards.
