Manned Guarding Fully SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licensed, uniformed security operatives fulfilling a range of roles, generally working in conventional shift patterns, often 24-hours a day, 365 days a year; roles include:

Resident Guarding

Generally, though not always, this regime is adopted for vacant properties, where guards retain a 24-hour presence by way of resident occupation. All guards are fully SIA Licensed. This is a very cost effective means of providing 24-hour cover.

Receptionist / Concierge

Front of house duties, generally for office buildings or high end residential. Including meet and greet services, building ‘porter’ roles and reception services. We look to appoint smart, professional staff who take a pride in their work, delivering a personal service to the highest standard.

Property and Facilities Management

Temporary CCTV and intruder alarms

We offer simple and cost-effective wireless security equipment for vacant properties. Since vacant sites and properties are uncontrolled environments, video verification is especially important to eliminate costly false alarms. Our PIR sensors have integrated cameras which generate 10 second video clips upon activation. Should an incident occur Videofied products integrated with the award-winning webeye-CMS cloud alarm platform enable the alarms and video clips to be sent directly to the Belstone 24- hour control room where our operators can view and manage alarms through a simple web browser.
