Our Aim

To provide an efficient, cost effective, professional approach to physical property protection and management, based on tailoring the client’s needs for each individual property or site.

We maintain an unrivalled, personal service to both corporate and private clients throughout Great Britain, with a focus on London and the South East; bespoke property management solutions through both manned guarding and resident guarding regimes.

Health and Safety

We are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of health and safety at all times.

We actively promote a culture of health and safety best practice to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation. It is the Company’s intention to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all staff, guests, customers and others.

Belstone Management Services has received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practice amongst UK contractors.

Community

The overall aim of our Clients is to create a positive impact on the local community, be that in a residential area or in a commercial environment.

Ensuring properties are safe, secure and well-managed can often make the difference in terms of creating positive PR in the local community (or rather avoiding negative PR), attracting new business and tenants and also in preserving the image of an area. Furthermore, such action can, in some cases, help prevent crime, which might otherwise lead to the area falling into disrepute.

Our general approach to business incorporates a significant element of Corporate Social Responsibility, aiming to generate opportunities for those who deserve it most.

As such, whilst working closely to support the Gurkha community in Britain, we also look to support the ex-military ‘family’ in general and also the wider community, through a number of charities and initiatives:

Gurkha Welfare Trust

Supporting ex-Gurkhas and their families both in the UK and in Nepal, where recent earthquakes devastated the country and killed thousands, leaving hundreds of thousands without shelter or medical aid.

Veteran’s Aid

Helping ex-servicemen and women in crisis: those who may have fallen on hard times or lost their way in life after leaving the Armed Forces, often as a result of symptoms obtained whilst on active service.

Help For Heroes

Helping to provide for British servicemen and women who have been wounded or injured in the line of duty.

Gordon Ramsay Foundation with Great Ormond Street Hospital

Helping some of the world’s most desperately ill children have a better chance of recovery by providing the best treatment and care possible.

Fitzroy Lodge Amateur Boxing Club

One of London’s longest-established boxing clubs (Founded in 1910), the club, which is based in Lambeth, is run by volunteers and supports local youth development through competitive boxing. It actively promotes discipline, respect, hard graft and sporting comradeship, whilst also supporting members on a personal level.
